I apologize if this topic has been covered already, but will I be awarded points on my purchases if I pay down my card before the next statement cycle? I use my card for business-related travel and when I get my reimbursement for my expenses, I like to pay it in right away.

If there is a thread that covers this already, feel free to point me that way. If anything, I can call Chase as well, but figured somebody on here may know...

Points are earned based on charges. When you make payments has no bearing on that.

Keep in mind however, if you pay off your balance every month, there's no advantage to paying early. Keep the money in the bank to earn a few bucks of interest or, my preference, "just in case."
